Our Fun half term tennis camps take place at Mickle Trafford Primary School (next to the tennis club). Suitable for ages 5-12 and all abilities, players will be grouped to ensure appropriate age/ability challenges. Please note - we are unable to accept children under 5 years old.
Camp notes
With lots of activities and prizes to be won across the week, we have something for everybody! With a main focus on fun, we make sure every child enjoys learning new skills and meeting new friends.
Something for everyone! The children get to choose their activities, we offer; tennis, football, kwik cricket, table tennis, dodgeball, netball, rounders, basketball, gymnastics and arts and crafts!
Our enthusiastic coaching team are all DBS checked and LTA accredited, meaning they have completed safeguarding training to provide a fun, inclusive environment for all with a minimum of level 2 coaching qualification in their sport.
We are always on come rain or shine, with plenty of fun activities to do inside in the school hall just in case!

Timetable:
8.30-9.30am early drop offs enjoy some chill out time with table tennis, board games, drawing.
9.30-10am Get ready for the day by meeting other campers through fun warm ups.
10-11am Children will pick between a range of sports
11-11.20am Break Time
11.20-12.30pm - Children will pick between a range of sports
12.30-1.30pm - lunch
1.30-2pm - Re-energising after lunch
2-3pm - breakout groups - games and skills development
3-3.20pm - Break Time
3.20-4.30pm - breakout groups with a focus on competition and challenges
All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own rackets if you prefer.
What to Bring to Camp
You will need
• Snacks to cover up to 2 breaks and a packed lunch. Please provide plenty of water and drinks for the day.
• Clothing suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities.
• A raincoat for break-time and free play. We will encourage children to use the outdoors spaces even if it’s grey and overcast
• Hand sanitiser if you have it. We will ask every child to wash their hands as they enter and leave the building each day (as well as key points throughout the day)
Pick up and drop off is from the main school reception.
